At UrbanVeg Box, we take pride in delivering fresh homemade food products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.

Returns

  • Food products once delivered cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Returns will only be considered if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Product received in damaged condition.

  • Product missing from the order.

Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Share clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  3. Provide your order details.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Replacement

Where applicable, UrbanVeg Box may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
